The goods and services shown below are those that we can provide to our customers.  You m ay choose only the item you desire.  However, any funeral arrangement you select will include a charge for our BASIC SERVICE and STAFF CHARGE.  If legal or other requirements mean that you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral good and services you selected.

(05) Staff Charge

This fee for STAFF CHARGE is added to the total cost of funeral arrangements you select.  This fee is NOT included in, forwarding or receiving remains, immediate burial, direct cremation, and anatomical donation.  
(07) Embalming:   $565.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law.  Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as funeral with viewing.  If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose funeral arrangements that do not require you pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.  
A body that has had a Bone Harvest will have an additional charge (added to the embalming charge)  $150.00
A body that has had an Autopsy will have an additional charge (added to the embalming charge)   $45.00
(08)  Other preparation of the body:  (wash, disinfect, cosmetics, dressing, casketing) $150.00

(09)  Use of facilities and staff for viewing (2 hours)

(Viewing between 9AM and 3PM Monday-Friday No Charge)

Our fee for the BASIC SERVICES of funeral home include, but is not limited to, response to initial request for service, arrangement conference with family or responsible party, arrangement of funeral, preparation and filling of necessary authorization and permits, recording vital statistics, preparation and placement of obituary notices, assistance prior to, during and following the funeral, e.g. cemetery, crematory and others.  Also included in these charges are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and inventory.  The fee for our BASIC SERVICE will be added to the total cost of funeral arrangements you select.  This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremation, immediate burial, anatomical donation and forwarding or receiving remains

(14) Limousine:  May be rented (Limo, 1 man, 4 hours)

        We do not own.  Limo is rented from an outside company.

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternate container.  Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition material (with or without an outside covering).  A cremation tray is provided by the crematory at no charge.

A complete price list will be provided at the funeral home.  These prices like caskets are subject to change from time to time.  STATE LAW does not require and outer container. However, some cemeteries have rules that require at least a concrete box.
